It's FREE and easy to sign up for your Track-n-Graph account. We only require your email address, password, and nickname to get started.

If you already have an account, cick on the Login link at the top right of the website to login with your user and password information.

Click the links in the category box to browse the catalog by category, be sure to view the extra pages if there are many templates for the category.

You can use the search box to enter any keywords you want to use to search all the templates in the catalog.

Once you've selected a template from the catalog, click on the green "Use this Template!" button to create a tracker from the template.

Enter a name for your tracker (such as "My Weight Tracker") and any other information required by the template. Then save your tracker!

Select your tracker and click on the green add button to start entering your data into your tracker.

Once you've added data, click on the blue refresh button to refresh your graph with the data you just entered.
