Tracking calories can be a great motivator in sticking with a new eating plan, or just simply keeping track of how you are currently eating. This simple tracker lets you enter calories for each of your meals and graph your overall trends as well as your average calories by meal type.
You can enter your calories for seven different meal types:
** When you are entering your calories enter 1 total for the meal type on each day. For example, if you ate a salad and 2 slices of pizza for lunch, then enter the total calories for the salad and pizza as your total for lunch, don't enter them separately. This makes it easier to track your average for the meal types over time.
