For those of us suffering from white coat hypertension, tracking our blood pressure readings over time can really help in showing our doctor how our pressure looks outside of the doctor's office. This tracker allows you to track your blood pressure for/between doctor visits and compare the values against normal ranges.
This tracker measures your systolic (top number) and diastolic (bottom number) pressure and graphs each number separately.
The following ranges are shown for comparison of your own values, taken from the National Institutes of Health website:
Of course, you can always graph your own normal levels for reference.
This tracker provides 3 views as part of the template. The first view simply shows your pressure over time. Then we provide a view by month which shows you your average pressure along with the minimum and maximum reading for that month, which can be helpful for someone needing to review your readings. And finally, we present your average pressure on top of the normal/high ranges defined by the National Institutes of Health.
