Track your cardio and weight workouts using this simple template. For each cardio workout you enter the number of minutes you worked out, your average heart rate, number of calories, and name of the exercise. For weight workouts, you enter the number of reps, weight used, and name of the exercise.
In this template we have provided several built-in views to help you view your progress against your exercise goals. If you also have a weight and/or calorie tracker this would be a great opportunity to graph data from those trackers along with your workouts. Here's some information on the views we defined:
